Toaster Oven, Boots, and Flares

Hello everyone!

I hope my American readers survived Thanksgiving!

I didn't do anything; fibro flare.

Tho I felt good enough when I woke up at 3:15 am to do some shopping.  I got a new toaster oven, new boots, new slippers, and other stuff to keep me warm this winter.  So far it's been brutal, and it's only November, lol.

Toaster Oven!

My MukLuk Slippers

The best part?  My new boots.  They're Emu wool boots!  If you've followed my blog, you know that "emu" is one of my favorite words.  And they're uber warm.

Jeremy and I checked out a few stores Black Friday afternoon, otherwise we stayed in and played games and watched M*A*S*H.

I've been fibro flaring since yesterday.  Jeremy was so sweet this morning, I couldn't move too well, and he offered to make me breakfast, and the only thing that sounded appetizing was toast.  He made me the best toast ever.  He offered to let me eat it in bed but I got up; all those crumbs?  He also told me that he's been picking up the subtle pain signs my body does that I can't control.  I am very touched that he can tell just by what position I'm sleeping in, but also now I know I can't hide how badly I hurt from him and I hate that.  I like hiding how miserable I am.  But that just proves how awesome he is.

And speaking of flaring, I need to go lay down.
